Worksheet 2 question 2d python (Referring back to a question from a previous worksheet)

This question was not answered on the second python worksheet so here is the code with the printed result. I have used the values from the question, knowing that a leap year can only divisible by those values leaving a remainder of 0. So the printed answer shows that years effectively have to be multiples of 4 to be a leap year.
